Les Paul P-90 Question

Around 98 or so, which model Les Pauls came with P-90's? I know they Gem series, but I was wondering about Stdios? Can't remember for sure but maybe the Gem Series had a Studio Truss Rod Cover. Anyone know of any Stdio models with P90s?
