Well we've had no luck finding an On-On-On Gibson-style switch, but we've come close.
This is the Switchcraft 41312L, which has two of the C circuits side-by-side, on both the up and down positions. It's still an On-Off-On, but it's a beastly one.
These are a "special order only" item, but I have found a few sites that have them in stock, mainly OnlineComponents.
