Does anyone know where i could find some accurate pictures of the Gibson LP traditionals? Ive checked ebay for some examples, but they dont have all of the colors im interested in. Im most interested in the honey, light, and heritage cherry bursts.

Have you checked Sweetwater? They have studio shots of a lot of the guitars they stock.

EDIT: In fact, here's one in light burst.

+1 sweetwater, musicians friend, AMS Music, Guitar Center.........any online Music Centers will have good shots of one

or just go to Gibson's site

you should get that one

it looks quite purdy on them pauls. i think its way too girly though. i prefer tobacco burst or vintage sunburst finishes on paul type guitars :bling:

I prefer the teardrop bursts myself. The edge bursts looks tacky IMO. Iced Tea and Vintage Sunburst are my fav finishes.

i do like dark bursts, but prefer them on old hollowbodies

just fits the guitar, but heritage cherry on a paul... I dunno man, does it get any better?

Im with you on that one Drew! The Cherry burst is definatley my fave at the moment. All the light bursts i have seen on the traditionals don't look like the light burst classics they used to have, so i think that ones out of the running. The other one im really interested in is the honeyburst, in some pics the top burst looks quite bland with others it looks amazing. Decisions..well ive got a couple weeks til my bday, we'll see what color im feeling the most then.
