Lil 59 - Lil 59 - Lil 59 in Strat?

I'm leaning towards Lil 59 - Lil 59 - Lil 59 in parallel in my Squier Stratocaster?
I don't need any quack or chime. So, Mini Humbuckers all the way seems like what I imagine I want. I already have Lil 59 in the neck and like it a lot. So go all the way?

I love pickup sets. I was just about to make a thread about it. Sounds cool. Go for it. Report back. :)

You may also want to wait for the release of the Red Devils. Just to be different.

If you aren't going for quack, I'd just eliminate the middle pickup. A 2 Little 59 guitar would rock. So would a Little 59 and a regular 59.

I used the lil 59 in the neck but never in the middle. If it was me, I'd choose a brighter pickup in the middle such as cool rails neck. The middle position seems to capture more midrange sound, so a mid pickup that is brighter and has leaner mids will give a more defined tone. It's especially true when you use the neck and mid pickups together. There will be a slight quack but not at much as using strat single coils. There is likely to be maximum quack if you use neck and bridge P/Us together, just becasuse of the different parts of the string being sensed.

Put the middle one in parallel!!

And no coil tap for god's sake!

i actually love a lil 59 bridge model in the middle of some guitars. terrific slide sound! i think its worth adding parallel or split options for all the positions

what about hot rail in bridge and cool rail in middle along with the lil59 in the neck
