I'm a metalhead, but I love my strat. I want to thicken the bridge sound, and I'm thinking a Lil' 59 or JB Jr.. I'd like to try it with the new liberator system, but I'd like some assurance that switching works properly ahead of time. When you change to the Liberator, are you only changing the volume pot or are you changing all pots? What about tone caps? How does switching work? Does the 5 way wire into the Liberator some way? It looks really awesome, but there needs to be more info out here! Thx!

The JB jr is pretty bright and thin so I would go with the Little 59. If you want a pickup that sounds like a full size JB in a mini-hum size try the Dimarzio Fastrack II. A JB jr neck with a Fastrack II bridge is a great combo.
