Little 59': problems

Hello.
I bought a SD Little 59' for my MIJ Squier and put it on the neck. But I couldn´t get as much output as I thought the pickup would give me... I couldn´t even notice a real output difference between the new pup and the old single one! What's the matter?

Check your wiring. Red & white should be soldered together and then taped off or insulated. Black should go to the switch and green and the uninsulated ground wire (if there is one) should go to ground by soldering them to back of the volume pot.

Does it hum? Take Lews advice. I think your missing a coil.

No, it doen't hum. The only problem seems to be the output, that isn't high as i thought it'd be.
maybe if i put the pup on the bridge?
