Are the Livewire single coils hum-canceling?

Do Livewires, both Classic II & Mustaine, come with quick connect like the Blackouts?

Is it possible to buy a Mustaine bridge pickup only? If not, would I be able to get a Mustaine bridge in Livewire housing as a "shop floor custom" or the custom shop? Or does Dave Mustaine have a contractual lock on those pickups so that it's literally impossible to buy just a Mustaine bridge pickup from you guys?

Yes.

LWC2 have Quik Connect pins on the underside. As far as I recall, The Mustaine pickups have dual format output cabling.
