Yes, they do. If you don't see something you like there are a few members around here that will wire you up a pickguard to your specs for a reasonable fee.

I've installed a few loaded pickguards (for strats) and they dropped right in. Look at the screw orientation...some Strats put the pickguard screws in different places. You do still have to solder the jack and ground wire.
