Looking for a Hot Rails Tele Neck Pickup

Hi All,

I'm building guitar like this..


I went a little overboard and after playing a bunch of George Lynch songs decided to build 2....one named "Tooth" and the other "Nail" :lmao: So far I've built both necks and also have the bodies.


Anyway, my question is....I need a neck pickup preferably with a tele footprint that can be paired with a JB humbucker pickup.

I'm currently using a quarter pound neck pickup and I like it...but I'm tired of the hum, so I'm looking for another neck pickup with similar output, but in a tele style.

I'm concerned that a lower output to the JB will have a drop in volume and I don't see any Seymour Duncan pickups in Tele that have an output similar to my quarter pound.

Worst comes to worst, I can get a SHR-1 bridge pickup, but it's not a Tele style one.

Cool. I didn't know they made a QP Tele neck pup. Interesting.

Anyway, they do make a Tele neck HotRails, but it doesn't have the classic Tele neck cover. Doubt you could retrofit one either.

Look into the Tele Stack.

Check it out, it’s not actually a QP, due to the size of the bobbin. It’s actually a 3/16” er.
