Looking for a New Pedalboard

The one I have is great and works fine. I just need something larger. Here's a photo of my current pedal rig. I use every pedal on the board. I would like a different OD pedal though. The SD-1 is a great OD but I need more variety. I would like to replace it with a Boss OD-20. That way I have many OD/Dist types available. The problem is that I have no room for it. Even if I remove the SD-1, there is no room. I was thinking of trying to find a pedalboard large enough to accommodate my Boss ME-33 too. I use it for modulation and delay effects exclusively and it goes through the effects loop, while the pedals on my board are all direct inline. That way, if I don't want to use the ME-33, I just remove it.

I also think that if I were to get a larger board, I could put even more pedals on it. I was thinking about the Pedaltrain Classic Pro. The Terra 42 would hold everything, including an OD-20.

What is that white pedal?

Here is my design draft. Some items weren't available, but I got pretty close. The ME-80 is actually an ME-33 but the size is almost the same. The Dark Sun delay is actually a DejaVu, but almost the same footprint. Banana Effects Aurora delay is actually a Donner Yellow Fall. Same footprint. I added the TC Electronics HOF. I'm thinking about adding one anyway.

The pedal to the right of Polytune

Oh, if you're talking abut the pedal that looks like a baseball homeplate, it's my Visual Sound Route 66 V2. Two separate pedals in one. Right side effect is a compressor designed to be like a Dynacomp. Left side effect is an overdrive designed to be like a TS-808.

I am on the second bag for my Pedaltrain Pro. It was so heavy the zipper ripped. And I am not a heavy gigger.

Hard cases are the way to go with big heavy boards. They make them with wheels, too, so I wouldn't consider something that heavy without them. Bags are good for something like a Pedaltrain JR, but any bigger means you have to budget for replacement bags often, or a sturdier hard case.

I built my own cuz nobody really had what i wanted w/o costing thousands. And frankly in the 60's & 70's thats what we did anyway.
