looking for schematic for Vol. Vol. 3 way?

I have been trying to wire my G&L with out a tone, because I never use it, but I am haveing a hard time getting it right. I can't seem to get the wireing configuration correct to have both pups on or one off and the other on, and have it out of phase too. Would I be better useing one master volume instead of two, and should I leave out the four way Tele switch or put in a LG style.

I got it put back together with just the two volumes, so that I can at least play it again.
