Kudos to the Duncan Co. managing team, setting to the task of answering the Forum's technical questions a REAL EMPLOYEE with REAL KNOWLEDGE.

Forumites, let's give a warm welcome to Arwin, that in the last month or so made his presence answering politely, precisely and to the point, giving actual factual, correct information about the Co.'s products.

Arwin, so far you're doing a very good job. Keep it up!

It's been my pleasure to hang out and I'm always happy to help in any way I can! I plan on continuing to hang out and to respond to any questions I can help with.

There's already some great knowledge and insight on the board so I am more than happy to lend my voice to the chorus and also to sit back when there is an opportunity for me to listen and learn. Of course if there is ever a question or request with a sense of urgency you can always PM me or shoot me an email.

You should update your avatar with an appropriate logo and update your title with (a bolded) one indicating your position/employer. :)

Discharged - I could not agree more!! Arwin is doing a great job. Just great! I saw Alex, another administrator just jump in the deep end to offer his services and make all calls necessary on behalf of a customer who took umbrage with his call to the "help" line at SD and found that help lacking in a big way for his particular needs, and wants.
Alex responded on today's top pickup lounge posts. So good for them both. Very refreshing!

Yes, Arwin has helped me a few times recently via insightful replies to my forum posts as well as his follow-up to some questions I emailed into the Custom Shop. Thank you Arwin!

I agree with Mincer and pretty much everyone else -
Arwin and Alex are great to get involved. It gives me security that Duncan cares and will not go out of business nor turn into
a company where quality slips and I can't count on good products or help.
Having S.Duncan quality p'up's available for the future is a great musical gear relief. I'm 65, played all my life from age 10 and tried so many brands, but now, all seven of my electric guitars use only S.Duncan p'up's- humbuckers & single coils.
I don't have to look anymore- S.D. will always have what I need.
