Lowest action, lowest tuning, lowest buzz.

I have a bc rich mockingbird st with a 24.75 gibson scale length... its tuned in drop b, altho i love drop b the buzz is beginning to absolutely piss me the crap off, it has been setup by a tech and i told him the lowest action possible, i love low action but it is buzzing alot, i decided id rather go higher, up to drop d if i have to(but drop c is my ideal atm, really like it) to eliminate buzz, i have a floyd rose if that makes any difference. I want to know how low tuned can i go without any sort of buzz, and what strings should i get? i am thinking about trying some cleartone strings since i have been hearing really good things about the strings. But the cleartone drop c set it 13-70 HOLY CRAP THAT IS THICK? im using earnie ball 12-56 and that is a little bit skinny for drop b, but 13-70 for c jeez, are they including the coating or something cuz that is thick like hell...

I never used drop tunings, but for B standard I used to use 13-56 Daddario strings. I consider that to be the lightest you can go for B standard.

I tried a set of the Zakk Wylde Boomers YEARS ago, back when I first started playing, and they worked well for c#, although I must say the Squire Strat I used them on was probably not the best guitar for them, but it was all I had at the time. The word I always think of when I think of the sound those strings made is "tribal". They definitely boomed, that's for sure, but besides that, all I really remember about them was they were pretty rough on the fingers.
