Macbook Pro...

Guess I'm gonna go ahead and try and move this sweet comp. :) I decided to bring the price down to $2300 shipped with all extras included. I payed around $2700, but I know I'll take a price hit. Anyway, somebody snap this up!

----------------------------------------------------

I'm just testing the water, fellas.

My wife just got a new iMac and as much as I'd like to keep the MBP........no need for it.

So, here's the specs.

Macbook Pro
15-inch 2.33ghz
2gigs of ram
120gig HD
Glossy Screen
3yr. Apple Care Coverage.

It's also got a Screen protector, keyboard protector and case included.

I've only had this mac for 2-3 months. It's hardly been used at all.

I'm thinking $2600 shipped. How's that sound? Any input will be appreciated. :)

Just wanted to chime in and say, this is an awesome computer. I have one and it's great, best laptop on the market IMO. Good luck.

Re: Macbook Pro...

definitely wish I could take if off your hands, being a mad mac fanatic :) got a G5 imac and a G4 ibook at the moment, but would kill for a mac book pro

Re: Macbook Pro...

Still "chugging along" with my MacBook... Okay, so, blistering along is more like it. Basically the same specs as your Pro (well, 2.0GHz, 2GB RAM, 120GB HDD - no dedicated GPU, though :(), and I must say, it's been a blissful computing experience. Someone should most definitely bite - worth every penny!

Re: Macbook Pro...

Thanks for the hits, guys. I really don't wanna get rid of the comp, but I don't need it just sitting around either. :)

Re: Macbook Pro...

Well, not being a mac guy, it seems high. But the same MBP on the first site I hit, (compusa) looks like it is about $2500 new. But I dont know the specifics

Re: Macbook Pro...

I'd say try for $2,000 or maybe $2,200. I'm a Mac owner, these are SICK laptops and definately worth the $2,000. Good luck on the sale!

Re: Macbook Pro...

You guys are right. They run new for $2499, but I'm also including the 3yr. applecare program and this comp is only 2-3 months old and has NEVER left my desk. lol Still, I think I'll try for $2300 and see how it works out. Thanks guys. :)

Re: Macbook Pro...

Normally commenting on the price of an item is not good behavior, but since the owner of the item asked for comments, I guess that makes it okay.

I used to think that was a lot to drop on a computer, but after experiencing my iMac, they are great computers. My wife needs a new laptop, but until (if ever) a newer version of Internet Explorer comes out for Mac, her work programs won't work on a mac. Been there done that. I'm sure happy with mine though.

C'mon, Scott. Help a brotha out! It's a steal for $2300 shipped. :D
