Machine Head's pickups

Does anyone know what kind of pickups the guys in Machine Head use? I'm pretty sure they're EMGs but don't know which ones. I just saw them open up for Metallica (awesome show!) and their guitar sound was insanely crushing. Made me really want to know what kind of gear they use. Anyone know what kind of amps they use, too, for that matter? I think they used Marshall when they started out. I kind of stopped paying attention to them after the late 90's, but seeing them live brought my interest back. Thanks!

The guitaist has a signature Jackson King V with an EMG 81/60 combo. It's downtuned to B

and the singer uses a bridge 81 as well. most of his guitars ive seen have the neck pickup torn out or not hooked up anyhow.
