I needed a cord recently and didn't want to get one from GC, so I turned to ebay.
I went with one of these:

It arrived and it looked super solid and cool, but it turned out one side's black plastic ring was kind of deformed, making it difficult to insert into a jack. Long story short, they were very quick to remedy the situation. I like to give props to companies that display great customer service like that.
