Any one know the length of the magnets SD uses in the '59 pups?

In my years of mag swapping, all I've seen are standard length mags.

there are two common lengths, long and short. as far as i know duncan only uses long which is 2.5", the short is around 2.3" which gibson started using around '61 i believe?

AFAIK, DiMarzio magnets are different dimensions as well. Not just lenght, but width too.

yes, they tended to be more square, at least the old ceramics. i used to use a lot of dimarzios back in the day but i wasnt into magnet swapping then so didnt look at the innards much
