Where can you get them? Are they specially made and cut already or do you have to buy from a hardware store and custom fit them ?

Hey there,
AddictionFX not only has gold, nickel, black plated, hex, etc......... But be careful if you go with slugs or screws, they are made of 2 different alloys, apparently one type gives a darker sound while the other gives you, you guessed it, a brighter sound. I can't remember which is which, but their number code will say which is which. IIRC.
I talked to the owners daughter I think when I called, and she was one of the most helpful, positive people I have ever talked to. She even went to her dad about something I asked. Promised to call back, and did. I seem to remember having read some small piece of bad press a few years ago but I assure you, she treated me like royalty. For a $20.00 dollar order.

If you call and talk to Hannah, she will remember you. I can go over a year or more between needing an order (I like to stock up so I not ordering every other week - lol ) and when she knows it me she remembers me. I dig that type of service.
I do think some people were having some challenges with a few orders a while back, but I also think that was during the height of the mag swapping craze going on around here.
She said they can also charge to certain levels if you want to play around with certain types of "degaussed" magnets.
