Magnet swap in a Dimarzio

Years ago I attempted to swap out a magnet in a Super Distortion and it was a PITA it was like the magnet was glued in . I was thinking of getting a Dimarzio PAF and trying out some different magnets in there . Are all Dimarzio pickups a pain to swap magnets ? Seymour Duncan is so easy that even I can do it but the reason I want to go with the Dimarzio is because I can get the double cream color

No, it's just the high-output pickups with the oversized ceramic mag that have the magnet glued in, I think. I've taken several PAF Pros, a Tone Zone, and a Dominion apart, magnet included, without issues.

HOWEVER, the magnet in DiMarzios is very slightly smaller than the standard-size magnets Duncan and Gibson use. It is possible to swap a standard-size magnet in them, but when you put them back together, the coils always end up a bit crooked. That has been my experience with the PAF Pro and Dominion.
