Making a Diddley bow -wiring the pickup

I'm a novice at everything. I'm making a diddley bow ala Jack White:

I'll be wiring my Seymour Duncan Hot Rails pickup directly to the output jack. Which wires to I solder where? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

Straightforward SD four conductor + shield wiring.
Black to tip lug on jack socket.
Red and white soldered to each other and insulated.
Green and bare to sleeve lug on jack socket.
