Marin's Midnight jam...with my EL-84 amp

I have this one of a kind amp, the preamp is made like an AC-30 Topboost, the outputstage uses a powersupply from an old Dynacord from the 60's, everything is ptp, most of the stuff inside is older than me as well;)
Have two EL-84's that in this setup gives about12-15 watts clean and goes up to about 30 watts driven, anyways I used a Crushzone for distortion, a Red Repeat for delay, CM comp, and my Kramer with APS-1's and a JBJ.
Speakers are G12H 30's in a 4x12 cab.

What kind of guitar is that?

I don't think your tone has hit the sweet spot yet. The highs are a little squealy and when a few strings are played together, they kinda sound like they're pushing the amp a little hard.

That being said, it wasn't too bad. I can't tell you what exactly I liked or disliked, but some of it jived, and some of it didn't. You're a good player, that's for sure. But maybe there wasn't enough emotion or something. The one harmonic felt out of place.

In summary, you are a very good player, that's obvious. But I didn't love this piece. It was pretty good, not great though.

I dig it :) The tone is right and so your playing is as always. :smokin:
