OK, I just purchased this pedal and it should kill, but I was wondering if any of you guys use this pedal and what can you tell me about your experience with it? Thanks

I am very interested in either the Jackhammer or Guv'nor.
I love that "Marshall" sound, so I guess those pedals would be close, and they are reasonably priced.

There is a video somewhere where a guy is doing a demo at a show with a Guv'nor, and it sounds very nice.
But, I wonder if he isn't using a nice tube amp set near the edge of breakup, then hitting it with the pedal, therefore creating a much nicer tone.

I want to know if those pedals sound good stand-alone: into a sterile clean amp.

That's what I'm going to find out. My high output EMG pickups hit the solidstate hi-gain channel preamp too hard- resulting in 'white noise'- so I 'm going to try this pedal through the clean channel and mix the Jackhammer in. I have faith it'll work very well otherwise I wouldn't have pulled the trigger. Though my clean channel has a gain level so it's not exactly too sterile- like my Crate's clean channel is.

I had the Guvnor plus and it sounds very good into a clean amp better than a lot of the so called boutique pedals I just didnt care for the way it cleaned up with your guitars volume knob so i got rid of it!
