yes and no. DO NOT run the speaker out into the fender, youll blow everything up.
is this a jcm 2000 head? i dont remember them making a stand alone preamp.
you can run the preamp out on the marshall into the front of the fender but it may or may not work all that well. if you wanted to run the marshall into the power section of the fender that would probably work better but would require modification of the fender.

most of what i typed still applies, but now it makes a little more sense. you can run the preamp out into the front of the fender and it may or may not work well but it will work. the best way to do it would be to modify the fender to bypass the preamp and just use the power section.
