The 1980 Marshall through a cheapo Behringer 412.
I did it with the mic of a headset I use for online gaming. It is quite rough and the playing isn't good. Forgive the wanking. I was sitting in front of the amp with it on 2 and needed earplugs. Amp is boosted with an SD1. At least you get an idea of what it sounds like. Make sure you click the high quality one.

I think the sound is good for rhythm, but is to shrill for leads. Could be the horrible mic though. It is made for voice.

After reading the descriptions I expected it to sound horrible, but actually don't sound half bad! If it sounds that good with a gamer mic then I can't wait to hear a nice mix! BTW, what is that for your avatar? It wierds me out everytime...

it sounds very good for the rugged production...id like to see what it sounds like when you get the cab you have been wondering about and with a SM57 put off axis maybe?

it sounds good and these heads prove less saturation and gain can still rock pretty hard!

It is definitely a good amp head. I intend to get a REAL recording setup after I have my cab.

I'd also like to apologize to you as I've been a jerk in more than one of your threads for no reason. :smack:
