Mastering problem

When I'm mastering I use T-racks but I noticed when I send the signal through it, it converts my signal to mono. The stereo image is destroyed. Can anyone help with this, why is this happening???

t-racks...are you using protools?

when you should be able bounce down your mix, you should be able to bounce it as two seperate files, one L and one R. load those up into a new session and process the two tracks seperately.

when you go to put the t-racks plugin on the stereo track, does it give you the "multiple mono" option?
