Megadeth - Angry Again (full band cover w/ SD JB on guitars)

Hi, friends!

I´d like to share with you my new cover: Megadeth´s Angry Again, featuring Micky Vega on guitars (endorsed ESP player, in bands like InMune or Tao), Emilio Kanina on drums (former drummer of Stingers) and myself on vocals, bass and audio/video production. Micky plays an ESP Mystique with Seymour Duncan JB and Alnico on it.

All guitars are reamped using Axe FX II´s ENGL Savage sim and I used SVT sim for bass.

Great playing all around, and the overall sound, tone, and recording was very nice!
Those sims were pretty close...

Fine tones on all.

I've never loved the way the jb feels when I'm playing, but it produces some of my favorite tones ever to listen to.

Thank you for watching and commenting, man. I´m really glad you liked all of it, it´s not a difficult song (minus the solo) but we tried to stay close to the original, so we were very careful with it.

I´m also not a fan of the JB but I´ve got a LTD EC-401VF with it and some things I´ve recorded came out pretty nice. Same feeling here.

Finally got round to watching. Super impressive, really like it. Surprisingly good drum sound, did you use samples at all?

That was pretty awesome! I am surprised that the wood combination (mahogany + maple top) mixed with a covered JB sounded so spot on. I'm pretty sure Mustaine used an uncovered JB in alder back then. Really though, that was fantastic, thanks for sharing.

Great cover! You do the Mustaine talking pretty damn spot on haha. My only gripe is the song choice ;)
