Mesa Boogie V-30 or Charvel San Dimas

I have a chance to purchase a Mesa Boogie V-30 amp(I love this amp!)for $700.It's only a year old and sounds fantastic!I currently have a Peavey Classic 410 as well as a 5150 combo-so my amp needs are met - but it sounds AMAZING!!!

The other item being offered to me is a Charvel San Dimas AND THIS GUITAR IS KILLER!!!!Birdseye maple neck,Sperzel locking tuners,Duncan Cool Rails neck and mid and a Dimarzio PAF in the bridge,Wilkinson trem,ash body.Tone for days on end!I can pick this up for $500!

Hmm... BOTH!!

I dunno man, I'd be very inclined to go with the amp, but that's a crazy deal on the guitar! Tough choice, get to flipping them coins ;).
