i was just gonna do a cover of this song too! i have everything up to the first verse recorded, i just need bass and drums.

btw, i could do vocals but i need a better mic

your playing need Improvements. you must control your right hand and the TEMPOS are misaligned on the recording.
good distortion. and... there´s some sloping on the riffs and missing parts too.

only been playing a year? you're much better than I was after that time..keep at it, dude =)

my one suggestion would be to maybe try to tackle less crazy stuff since you're still so early on in your playing 'career'...get clean on simpler stuff, then graduate yourself to stuff like megadeth and pantera..while all their songs aren't super complex (alot are though in certain ways) there's a precision there that most people don't appreciate...

but you've got a great head start!

For you age and time playing thats very impressive. It was a little sloppy in places and im sure you know that, but you should be very proud as youve been playign for such a short time and are so young, keep playing and pushing yourself and you have a bright playing future ahead of you.
