Hi,
I don't have one in a solid portable form so i use the following one on the web:

I'm not sure of myself but is that on 4/4 timing already and if i move the beats slider to 80 beats per minute that means that its in 4/4 timing at 80 BPM???
It's critical i know and it is correct as its to help me practice a piece for an assessment.
