Went to a Michael Angelo clinic this afternoon at Seminole Music here in Florida. Great time getting energized about playing guitars. Elliott Rubinson CEO of Dean was out and played bass on a lil set with MAB, and John Spinelli the manager of Seminole that they put together. Nice versions of Burn, Crazy Train, Hot For Teacher and Highway Star were played. :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:
Michael has little Zep jam thing during his clinic that hit the spot todayalso. I don't know what it was but for a second that "one part in that one song" for me by them hit that note. You know the one that almost makes ya cry. Some songs when I have not heard them for a while will do that. :23: Especially if done well or have a certain memory attached to them. Zepplin music has ummm... errr... well.....
Wait, I have told you to much about me and music. :naughty:
Anyway, got to help MAB put on his double and I know he purposefully did an extra long intro thing about the guitar while I stood there holding it. :scratchch As he talked about it being 15 lbs. :eyecrazy: I did 10 arm curls with it then. :naughty:
Also got to finally tell him how a small tip he mentioned in an interview I heard from him about two years ago had really made a differance to my playing, my fun of playing, and little things that one tip had lead to. I knew I sounded like such a fanboi but it really DID make for some breakthroughs.
