Mick Thomson Blackouts in Blacktop Strat

So I am looking at a Fender Blacktop Strat to buy, and I was thinking, what if I put EMTY Blackouts in it eventually. I am wondering would it even be possible, as the stock pickups are passive. How much would it cost to get it done professionally, if it even is possible. What about coil-tapping that's possible with the 5-way selector switch on the Strat, could that be done with Blackouts for a single coil sound? So basically, can it be done, and if so, how much would it cost, could I have coil splitting, etc.?

Prolly about $200 for the pickups maybe another $100 for installation. It is possible to do, though you probably don't want to mix actives with passive. I think that the emtyS are 2 conductor so you wouldn't get coil splitting options, and you'd need a blade 3 way switch. All of this is a breeze to do if you've done it before.
