Middle pick up DOA on a New SD CS strat set.....

I ordered a CS Seymour duncan strat set last year . It arrived just before the holidays.....hand wound by MJ.
I just this week finally had the time to wire it up. The middle pick up is dead. No out put. Dang.

I sent a letter off to the CS but havnt heard back. To be fair it's only been 1 day . Anyone know a person or a way to expedite getting it repaired?

Just to be clear, you DID actually measure it with a meter, right? :)

Really unlikely that the pup is actually "dead". Most likely a problem with the way it's wired. It would help if you could include some detailed close-up pics that clearly show the wires and all connections.

I appreciate the link! Yes its not working. After I was done banging my head against the wall on why I couldn't get it to work I took it to a prominent amp builder who happens to be a neighbor. He measured it as well and the pick up has no output.
Again I appreciate the link and hope to have it fixed soon. Ill post the results here.
