Middle single coil with Duncan HSH set

So I have a guitar that I need to re-wire (PRS s2) and the previous owner had it modified for a HSH setup, so I think I'm going to go that route. The pickups in it are awesome Suhr HSH pups, but I have to re-wire as one of the pots is bad and the owner had originally just re-used the junky(ish) SE electronics that came in the guitar (the s2 guitars are US-made but use Korean/Indonesian SE electronics).

So, since I have a HSH pickguard I'm going re-wire with CTS pots and likely changing the pickups to Duncan JB/Jazz and selling the Suhr pickups. The Suhr pups are great, but I don't need boutique pickups and the Duncans work perfectly fine for me...

So... now I need to determine

#1, what middle pickup (single coil) to match up with the Duncans?

#2, Do I stay with the Jazz or look for a '59 for the neck?

#3, what wiring scheme? It is HSH and I have a 5-way switch, so I can wire it up that way I guess and use a push-pull for splitting perhaps.

What say you Duncan forum???

Wouldn't it be straight forward to leave the Suhr middle pickup? It will work with the Duncans as the polarity is the same between the two brands.
