SM-1n - Vintage
SM-2n - Custom
SM-3n - Seymourized
I'm a little confused by the Duncan site. After searching and reading through a bunch of mini humbucker threads here, I had the impression that the "custom" would be the highest output and the "vintage" would be the lowest. So, when looking for what mini to put in the neck of a Tele (with a vintage type bridge pickup), I would likely want the lowest output.
But the Seymour Duncan website allows you to sort the pickups by output, plus it uses little color spectrum bars to indicate output. Per the site, it would appear that the Custom (SM-2) is the lowest output and the Seymourized (SM-3) is the highest. Is that right or is it just an error? Doesn't really make sense to me.
In fact, it shows the two Antiquity models as BOTH being higher output than all three of these listed here? Is that right too?
