Mixing magnets on Invader bridge

So I’m wanting to experiment with a magnet change on my invader bridge. I know there’s ceramic spacers on the sides, I have a double thick a8 and a6 magnet I would like to swap in for the main magnet, can I swap the main magnet and leave the ceramic side mags without causing issues? If so what magnet would you guys recommend a8 or a6? I’m also switching the big cap screws to Dimarzio hex heads. Looking for little less chunky/dark sound, looking for more mids and highs. Something a little more versatile for rhythm and lead. I know I could just find a different pickup, I just like experimenting and just wanting some advice, I’ve done mag swaps before.

i guess id start with a6 and see what you think and yes, you can leave the ceramic spacers

If you're looking for more highs I think that you'd want to start with A8 rather than A6. A6 is a slight bit softer on the highs, bigger in the mids, less output than A8. You might even want to consider the A9 for brighter highs than the A8.
Yes, you can leave spacers in.
