Does anyone know if this is possible on a SD Mini Humbucker????

I have a Les Paul Junior that I'd have to install a toggle since there is no room for a blade switch.

Thoughts???

If your mini humbucker is 4 conductor, yes, it can be done. If it isn't you will have to add the wires or have someone do it for you. Now as far as the toggle, what kind would you use? This wiring is pretty specific to this Tele-like switch.

Music Man uses those little Chinese made mini-switches with the big chrome bat handle ----- they come in 3 position and 2 position. They would work great for this. They are good quality, BUT you have to mod them a bit to get a ground on them. They are on all the Steve Morse models.

I think an on/on/on three position mini toggle would work.

DP3T on/on/on mini is the most common switch I've seen used to do series/parallel/split.

do you really need/want coil split?, if not you could just use a push pull pot to add the series parallel without modifying the control layout

I guess its about the tonal possibilities with single multi-coil pickup.

Do I really need to do any thing? Probably not... But seems like fun. A small hole between the tone/volume knobs isn't so bad....

Yeah, I was thinking like a regular LP-type switch, not the mini switch. Mini switches are hard for me to get used to- as much as I change sounds. They are fine if you switch to a sound and leave it there for the whole song (for me- others love them).
