I replaced the stock electronics with a 250k volume (w/treble bleed), a no load 250k tone control and a mini 3-way toggle switch. I replaced the stock pickups with a Duncan STK-S4B in the neck and a Duncan Custom 5 Trembucker in the bridge. The no-load tone control is only wired to the Trembucker. So far it sounds amazing. The bridge STK-S4 has a bit more output to match up better with a bridge humbucker, but still has a similar tone profile to the STK-S4 neck pickup. Once I get it taken to my guitar tech to get the nut filed and a proper setup it's going to be a great little guitar.
