No clue. I emailed a guy one time that had a insane price list like that once and he explained he did it when he was out of stock so no one would buy one. I've double checked with another seller and he said the same thing.

email the guy and ask him. A LOT of retail places do this.

Do a bunch of different searches. Pick a new item,pick auctin style "NEW" then do a high to low.
