Well, that CS '59b is around 4/5% overwound.
Comparing it with a stock one, this one's going to sound definitely darker, and on steroids rage, if you ask me.
I'm not sure if it'll keep the PAF vibe, though. If it's difficult to hear it on a A8 59b, I don't think it will on the CS... but it's not that important, as the "normal" one sounds magnificent anyway!
Which is consistent with nominal standard of AWG#42, ohms-per-foot PE wire, DC reading of 10,000 turns on the neck model and 11,000 turns on the bridge model.back in 1999 the Duncan company site showed 7.43k for neck and 8.13k for bridge
That's most probably due to a slightly thinner wire; I don't think they've put more wire in it just because "they felt like it", LOL!my 59BJ is 8.419k

OTOH, OP's p'up is a CS order; I'm sure the extra turns were asked for.
I would kill for an "MJ-wound" tamale!!!
Never said it was, on the contrary, I was speculating about thinner-than-average wire to have that high DC reading.yet my 8.419k 59JB is not CS
