Erlend_G New member Dec 23, 2021 #1 As i suspected, the noise from my Blackstar Ht-20mkII was from faulty power tubes. I replaced them with a pair of Mulllards, sounds excellent. Brighter than before, but with a spongier midrange also. Great tone! -E

Hsb Well-known member Dec 23, 2021 #2 Glad the tubes helped with the issue. Rock on Does that amp have to be biased? If not may want to look at having that done as not to possibly cause any damage
