Hey everyone, this is one of our song's from our first show...and yes my drummer does drop his drum stick right before my god damn guitar solo

You should be able to get a much better quality live recording without having to spend much money. Having said that, I liked the song and your solo sounded good. It sounded like you had a good guitar sound but it was hard to tell.

i really want to hear a better recording of this ... it is pretty unlistenable as is, but really intriguing .. i like what you did on the solo melodically and her voice sounds very nice

i love how not being able to understand the lyrics doesnt detract from having a response on an emotional level ...

I'll be honest because that's what I would want you to be. As a band, it's not very cohesive. the timing and togetherness of the 4 of you killed it, especially when you seem to be trying tp play like Mars Volta. Mars Volta is a super group of already established musicians. They would never sound like that - missing the fundamental building blocks of a band, but that's how we start.

More glue. That's the most exciting part for an audience to behold - the whole band working *together* to set forth a behemoth of musical momentum that crushes all in it's path.

Your drummer should have had a stick holder with extra sticks. That's what they're for. But, it was your first show, so that's something you learn early on.
and, it should be "played our first"...
