this is from my joke band's EP we did a few weeks ago, and i wanted to put up something but the real singer's singing is so bad i dont think any of you could handle it, so i figured ill put up the one i sung. dont take this seriously at all, its from my joke band. but it didnt turn out too bad really.

all instruments are through my v-amp 2. the left track is my gibson explorer (JB bridge), right track is my ltd ex-351 (DD bridge), and the bass is my cheap SX p-bass copy. and i put a bit of echo on the vox for sh!ts & giggles.

Dude, that Superjoint cover reminds me of the Desendents. But with way better guitars.

:laugh2: how terrible is my friends singing on that? ahh man, its funny as hell though


*oh and a funny thing about the SJR songs in that medley (f*ck your enemy & waiting for the turning point)- i originally recorded em with my explorer, with the JB, and it sounded too clear and articulate to be a SJR song, so i left it for a few months. then when i was recording the songs for our EP we did at the very end of august, i kinda wanted to throw the SJR songs in there, so i decided ill re-record it with my gunslinger, which has an invader. that sounded good, but it was still missing something. so then i went back and got the tracks i had done months before, and just put everything on, and thats what you hear. the far left and far right tracks are the guitar with the invader in it, and the center-left and center-right are with the guitar with the JB. they dont sync up perfect since i did em months apart, but it sounds pretty thick.

ohh, i forgot to mention, all the solos on overkill were done after half a bottle of jager :laugh2: turned out surprisingly good
