My daughters Hagström Viking DLX....

She got this green guitar, along a matching strap plus a cool retro case.
And a video of some retard playing some blue crap on it!(just for those where sarcasm is something of an alien concept, that is just me trying out the guitar at home, she kept stealing my Tele ;) So I thought that it would be neat for her to get her own guitar at her 18th birthday, she has a mane of red hair and almost as tall as me, so it suits her well, and she loves the colour.)

Awesome looking guitar! Congrats on the purchase and your daughter will be very happy. I'm an actual owner of a Hagstrom Viking Deluxe with the Tremar vibrato unit. They are truly amazing guitars that play like a dream. Here's a good video from guitar world demonstrating the sounds of the Viking guitar.

I love the color, and the strap accents it nicely.

Those pickups have some jangle to them. They probably have a nice rhythm sound through something like an AC-30.

Sarcasm isn't an alien concept to me. Stating that the video came with the guitar threw me off. But hell, maybe it's me. That would make us both retarded I guess ...

Haha ah well it is something of a tradition of mine to record the guitars that I buy, guess I am just used to post it....so I went huh when I saw your comment...haha no sweat!

Yeah it is a sweet sound thing, it can even split both pickups.
Set it up myself for her, lucky for me she likes the same setup that I prefer, that's what you get when your kids play your guitars ever since they where small :D

Gonna get her a small tubeamp later.
She uses my decades old Peavey Rage 158 right now....

Wow! That's a cool guitar. I really wanted my daughter to start early in loving music. So far she's loving all the musical instruments that we bought for her since she was 5months old. I bought her this Disney Guitar Ukulele. This is her first ukulele and it helped that the design is her favorite movie Finding Dory. She just turned 2 and we find it amazing that she is having some fun time playing instruments. She loves to jam with her mommy too and it's truly something that a parents would like.
