My Epiphone Explorer

Explorers are one classic guitar I have always wanted to own, but I already have too many guitars and never could justify another 2-humbucker Gibson.

Looks good! I too do not have access to a high quality digital camera at the moment. Nice to see someone else putting up photos under my circumstances.

Explorers rule!

Snagged my Epi back in '01. My sole complaint has been it being neck heavy. I have hopped it up over the years. Swapped out the pickups out for Dragonfire gold Screamers, slapped a set of locking tuners on, ditched the speed knobs for bells, and put in the Gibson TP-6 tail piece.

Nice one, man. I love these Korina Epis. I played one back in 2018 in a local shop for sale used for around $300. One of the nicest playing Epis I'd ever had hands on. After a lot of deliberation I decided I couldn't work it into my budget at the time.

Easily one of the worst responsible decisions haha. Still regret it to this day. That was a nice guitar.

Epi Explorers are great. Here's my 58 Korina, got a killer deal on it from a forum member here. Currently has an EMG Het Set installed.
