My First Pup Swap

Hey guys I just successfully completed my first pickup swap. I replaced my crappy stock pickups in my Epi LP with a set of '59's. I also replaced the stock pots with CTS 500k ones and a new switch and jack. Sounds killer so far. I will prolly be replacing the bridge '59 with a C-5 in the near future though, if I can find one for the right price in the trading post or on eBay.

Swapping out that 59 for a C5 could be a tough choice. I have one of each, (59/59 and 59/C5), and I couldn't live without either.

The good news is, there's usually someone in the trading post with a C5 for sale or trade.

I thought it would be an easy choice but i was very mistaken. From the little bit that i have played my guitar since the swap I am really digging the tones I'm getting from the '59b under high gain. The '59n is exactly what I was looking for. The smooth leads and beautiful cleans.
