My first scratch build guitar

Built it back in 2003
22 fret maple neck with ebony fretboard.
Mahogany body with a Dimebucker and 2 Hotrails.
I couldn't get my hands on a lefty OFR at the time so I had to use a All-parts licensed Floyd, turned out to be a pretty good bridge.
The 3 mini toggles are kill switches wired to each pick up.

Pretty cool! I love upwards pointies!! You make the neck too! looks like a factory logo

Re: My first scratch build guitar

I built the neck and I silkscreened the logo on the headstock and then cleared over it.
The MRG are my initials, and I just named the guitar Fusion V2.

Re: My first scratch build guitar

Very cool! How is the neck attatched? (Not that any way makes it any less cool, I was just wondering) I really dig the color, too.

Re: My first scratch build guitar

It's a bolt on neck, I didn't have the balls to do a set neck or neck thru the first time out. The color is called KR green, it's an aircraft 2 stage polyurethane paint from PRC Desoto (PPG).
