My latest project

My latest partscaster, just letting it settle in a bit. I found the Body and neck on CL, Crazy sparkle paint job and a rosewood neck. Put a hot stack plus in the bridge and a classic strat plus in the neck. Starting to really like it, wasn't sure at first but it's growing on me. The Hot stack in the bridge is awesome, I was on the fence on which pickups to go with but I am really happy with the choices, thanks for some of the advice.

Thank you, the more I am playing it the more I am liking these pups. The middle was wound by a friend of mine , it's an A3 true single. Funny enough I could not remember if it was the same phase as a Fender or not so I got it wrong and the next time the strings come off I will reverse the leads. I could also mention that I put a treble bleed on it and a no load tone pot on the neck pickup. Thanks for taking a look.

Thank you. I have been going round and round on the pickguard on this one, this one was a clear guard and I painted copper mettalic on the back but it looks somewhat flat which was dissapointing. I was shooting for a version of KWS's copper boy. Oh well, the quest continues.

I like the idea of a white pearloid pickguard too. Love the orange sparkle finish. I also like the look of the gold hardware on that color.

Thank you. I ordered a Parchment and an aged pearl pickguard one of the two will win out.

Thank you. I bought the neck and body with tuners and strap buttons for $700. The trem was $80, pickups $250 and electronics for another $35. Plus a pickguard $20. Total around $1100 approx.
