Well, mostly finished.

Got this one wrapped up over the weekend as well. All that is left are pots/caps and a Virtuoso polish job.

This one started as a 2011 Gibson Les Paul 60's Tribute.

It received early 60's Patent Sticker mini humbuckers :naughty:, the "Deluxe" TRC from the Goldtop, and gold speed knobs.

These pickups are very special. They likely came on an early Sheraton or similar. These are the pickups that Duncan modelled the Antiquity minis after! The bridge reads 6.84K and the neck reads 5.90K.

They are a lot of fun, as they have some characteristics of a PAF and some of a P90. Leagues above the current Gibson minis. They have some spank similar to a P90, but growl similar to a PAF.

All I can say is that I am extremely happy with how this turned out.

Haha! No more pics until Sunday when I polish the top to bring out the grain.

Except for this one. Even my Xmas tree rocks a Les Paul!

Early Epi minis were awesome pups. I love them...very P-90ish. Great looking guitar. She'll rock yer socks off.

Now this guitar is really nice. It looks like you did a good job. It seems like you are very impressed with the sound of the guitar which makes all the difference. I'm doing a guitar project also that involves a Gibson mini.

Just plain awesome!

Reminds me of Mick Taylor's Standard crossed with his GT Deluxe. Very cool.
