.....is "squeaking" when the pedal is rocked back and forth. How do I solve this very annoying issue? PLEASE HELP!! I'm a noob when it comes to fixing stuff like this so, a bit of a detailed how-to would be very extremely helpful!

Thanks!! :help: :crying: :?: :feedback: :newbie:

Mine physically squeeked for a bit too. Shoot some WD40 in the hinges and thats it.

Squeaking electrically or mechanically from the pedal housing?

Chris,

It's squeaking when I rock the pedal up or down.

WD-40 is solvent based. Some silicone spray, or a grease of some sort would be better.

Exactly, "trevorus". When I asked about using WD-40 to solve the problem, I was emphatically told, "NO!'

lithium grease will lubricate the gears.

Thanks! I'll try that!

ETA: Got the pedal fixed! It was actually squeaking underneath near the back of the pedal
