The playing was cool but the tone...not my cup of tea.

I'd try to use some slow legato runs for this kind of music

I think it sounds pretty good. What are your amp/guitar settings for Santana's tone? I;ve been searching for it for a while.

I used my Ibanez strat with Texas Hot pickups (the lead part uses the neck + middle position)......and into a podxt.

A day later.....and i dont really like the idea anymore
